1:1 Personal Training
Who is this program for?
1:1 is for those who need levels of support, accountability and personalization or maybe just have a goal they struggle to reach alone and need a coach to help guide them step by step through an organic process.
Each client is treated as unique to help improve their mindset, knowledge and consistency.
Fitness is not a “one size fits all process” and 1:1 coaching fully understands that. If you wish to achieve long term, sustainable results with guidance of a qualified, experience coach then 1:1 is for you!
1:1 coaching is a minimum 3 month commitment and is open to everyone. Due to high demand, spots are limited.
What’s included?
If you wish to work on forming new habits, struggle to remain consistent, need more guidance or simply elevate your results, here is what you can expect -
Accountability - achieved through weekly check ins
Personalized training program tailored to your goals, level, availability and equipment every 6-8 weeks.
Form analysis - you will be able to send over any videos or get in contact for feedback.
** Optional personalized nutrition add on - You will be given nutrition targets tailored to your goals an lifestyle which are monitored and track at out weekly check ins.**
